A few things to know.
Do I need a separate account for each tool?
No. Your customers, estimates, contracts and schedules share one Creftak account. Available tools depend on your workspace’s plan and access.
How do I choose a paid plan?
Create your account and set up your workspace first. The workspace owner can manage available subscription options in the billing section. Creating an account here does not start a paid subscription.
Are email and AI usage unlimited?
No. Connected services can have their own charges and limits. AI features also have usage budgets and require setup before activation. A plan does not include unlimited provider usage.
Can I pay for a year?
Yes. Choose yearly billing to save 10% compared with 12 monthly payments. The full year is charged upfront and renews annually. You can cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the end of your paid year.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Saved workspace data remains available for viewing and export under our retention policy. Read the Terms of Service for details.
