Creftak provides software tools for service businesses. These terms apply to your use of creftak.com and its application.
Provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing the permissions of your workspace members. Only upload or process information that you are authorized to use.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize Creftak and the service providers needed for the features you use to process that content to provide and maintain the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of customer records, messages, quotes, contracts, and other content you create or send.
Do not use Creftak for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, unsolicited abusive communications, or interference with the service or other users. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or protect the service.
Third-party integrations are subject to the relevant providers' terms and availability. Review generated content, calculations, and contract documents before using or sending them. Outputs may contain errors and do not replace professional judgment.
Any price, billing interval, renewal arrangement, and applicable cancellation conditions must be presented before you purchase a paid plan. These terms do not by themselves enroll you in a paid plan.
Features may change or become unavailable. To request closure of your account or ask about exporting or deleting your information, contact creftak.team@gmail.com. Closing an account may affect access to its workspace; records belonging to an active shared workspace may be subject to that workspace's permissions and applicable obligations.
Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to creftak.team@gmail.com. Updates will be posted on this page, with notice where required by applicable law. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain unaffected.
