Creftak provides CRM, calculators, quotes, contracts, and automation tools for service businesses. This notice explains how information is used when you access Creftak at creftak.com.
When you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, authenticate your account. We receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile image. Creftak uses your email and name to create or identify your account and associate it with your workspace. Basic Google sign-in does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, or contacts.
Google profile information is used for authentication and account management. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Creftak's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
When you choose Facebook sign-in, Meta and our authentication provider, Supabase, authenticate your account. We receive your Facebook account identifier, email address if provided, and basic public profile information, such as your name and profile image. We use this information to create or identify your Creftak account and associate it with your workspace. Basic Facebook sign-in requests only public profile and email permissions; it does not request access to your Pages, messages, advertising accounts, or Instagram account. You can request deletion of your account information by contacting creftak.team@gmail.com, as described below and on our Data deletion page.
We process information you enter into the service, including account and workspace details, customer information, quotes, contracts, and content submitted to features you use. Session cookies help keep you signed in. Technical information may be processed to operate the service, diagnose errors, and protect accounts.
Supabase provides authentication and database services, and Vercel hosts the application. Information may be processed by providers necessary to deliver the features you choose. Workspace information may be visible to other members according to their access permissions. Connecting an additional service or using AI features may involve sharing the information needed for that feature with its provider; basic Google sign-in does not authorize those integrations.
We retain information as necessary to operate your account, provide requested services, and satisfy applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact creftak.team@gmail.com. Certain records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations, or an active workspace's records. You can revoke Google's authorization through your Google Account; revoking authorization does not itself delete your Creftak account or workspace records.
